aspell-cy software package provides Welsh dictionary for GNU Aspell, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-cy
aspell-cy is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-cy package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-cy *
You will get with aspell-cy package name, version, architecture and description in a table
